Help Kids India

Ann Peck from Topsham recently spoke to our club about her amazing work with Help Kids India. Help Kids India is a rural aid project that provides crèches for children of the untouchable caste in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. A crèche is a combination school, day-care and health center for children 3-5 years old. They provide basic shelter, food, education and spiritual nurturing.

Help Kids India also works on several other humanitarian projects in India, including a Sewing Center in Kodaikanal, a smokeless stove project and medical care for children.
